Sports-Autographs emails an order confirmation for every order placed. If you did not receive an order confirmation, you may want to look in your Spam/Junk Folder to see if it ended up there. Another possibility is that the email address provided was incorrect.

Sports-Autographs emails a shipping confirmation including tracking number for every order placed. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation, you may want to look in your Spam/Junk Folder to see if it ended up there. Another possibility is that the email address provided was incorrect.

Can I change the shipping address after the order has been placed?

Unfortunately the shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been placed. In order to fix this issue, the order would have to be cancelled and then reordered with the correct shipping information.  Can I combine shipments after placing separate orders?

Unfortunately it is not possible to combine shipments after multiple orders have been placed. Every order gets it's own shipment with it's own tracking number. If you want to save on shipping, be sure to place all of the items you want to order in one order.
