Your order can be cancelled if it has not been shipped yet. Cancelled orders will be charged a 5% fee to cover processing costs.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Returned items must be in original condition as they were shipped out in. All stickers,labels, tags must still be attached and all certification cards and letters of authenticity must be included.

All returns will be inspected before a refund is processed.

Refunds may be denied if:
  • The item being returned is not in original condition
  • The item appears worn, washed or used

A restocking fee of up to 50% may be assessed if the item is missing original stickers, tags, labels, certification cards, certification letters or protective cases.

Costs incurred by Sports-Autographs to ship item will be deducted for all returns caused by buyers. In case of seller fault/error, buyer will get full refund with no deductions. 

Refunds typically processed with 1 business day after return is received back.

Return Shipping
Customer will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning item if return caused by customer (changed mind, ordered by mistake, ordered wrong size, ordered wrong color, item no longer needed, didn't read the original listing, etc.). Please make sure to use a trackable shipping method so we can be sure returned item was received.

Seller Fault or Error will provide a prepaid return shipping label if the wrong item was sent.
