Processing/Shipping Time

All orders will ship out within 24 business hours (1 business day) of being placed. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays do not count as business days for processing and shipping days.

Shipping Service and Pricing:

All orders will ship using UPS and will be calculated at checkout.

Upgraded Shipping:

Upgraded Shipping (1 Day, 2 Day and 3 Day) available and calculated rates shown at checkout.

Daily cutoff for orders to ship out on day of order is 2:00 Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders placed after 2:00 will ship out on next business day.

UPS Upgraded Shipping does not pick up or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. When calculating your expected delivery day of your order, only count Business Days (Monday-Friday).

Shipping Insurance and Claims:

All orders will include insurance. Higher value items will require signature at time of delivery.

Any claims of non-receipt must be made within 14 days of expected delivery date provided at checkout.

Any claim for damage/defective items must be made within 14 days of item being delivered.
